first power cycle the phone adapter by unplugging it and plugging it back in. All the lights on the adapter should go out during this process.

the phone may have been inadvertently put in do not disturb mode. when you hear dialtone, dial 7000# and hangup. then, when you have dialtone again, dial *79.

to check your voicemail from your phone dial *97 or 9700 and follow the prompts. the default password is 1234 and we recommend changing this when you first login.
